- Provide expert care to newborns in the NICU, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of complex medical conditions.
- Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team of healthcare providers to develop and implement individualized care plans for each patient.
- Monitor and manage the overall health and wellness of newborns, including administering medications, performing procedures, and providing education and support to families.
- Utilize evidence-based practice and current research to guide clinical decision-making and improve patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including health histories, progress notes, and treatment plans.
- Serve as a resource and mentor to nursing staff and students, providing guidance and education on neonatal care.

Master's Degree In Nursing, With A Specialization In Neonatal Care: The Candidate Should Have A Master's Degree In Nursing With A Focus On Neonatal Care, To Ensure A Thorough Understanding Of The Specialized Care Required For Premature And Critically Ill Newborns.
Certification As A Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (Nnp): The Candidate Should Hold A Valid Certification As A Neonatal Nurse Practitioner, Demonstrating Their Expertise And Knowledge In Providing Advanced Care For Neonates.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Level Ii Nicu: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Working In A Level Ii Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (Nicu), To Ensure They Have The Necessary Skills And Experience To Handle Complex Cases.
