4. Handle inquiries from patients and insurance companies in a professional and timely manner.
5. Research and resolve billing and payment discrepancies.
6. Monitor and maintain records of patient accounts and payments.
7. Use Microsoft Office Suite to create and manage billing records.
8. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
9. Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
10. Collaborate with other members of the billing team and other departments to ensure efficient and accurate billing and payment processing.
