1. Develop and implement a comprehensive program for spiritual care services at Children's Hospital Colorado in alignment with the organization's mission and values.
2. Lead and manage a team of spiritual care providers, including hiring, training, and supervising staff.

12. Continuously evaluate and improve the spiritual care program to meet the evolving needs of patients and families.
13. Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
14. Represent Children's Hospital Colorado in a professional and positive manner at all times.
15. Respond to emergency spiritual care needs, including after-hours and on-call duties as necessary.
