
Manager Payment Transformation
At Children's Hospital Colorado, we are looking for an experienced Manager Payment Transformation to join our team and help guide us towards excellence in reimbursement strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong business acumen, demonstrated success in driving payment transformation initiatives, and the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.As Manager Payment Transformation, you will be responsible for driving payment transformation initiatives and strategies at Children’s Hospital Colorado. You will play a key role in developing innovative strategies to ensure the organization maintains a competitive reimbursement position, while aligning with best practices, regulatory requirements, and overall organizational objectives. You will work in close partnership with the Revenue Cycle, Finance, and other departments to analyze, develop, and implement payment transformation initiatives.The successful candidate will have a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field. You must have at least 5 years of experience in healthcare reimbursement, preferably in a hospital or health system setting. You must also have experience in developing and executing payment transformation strategies, a strong understanding of reimbursement methodologies, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.If this position sounds like the perfect fit for you, we would love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Develop innovative strategies to ensure Children’s Hospital Colorado maintains a competitive reimbursement position.
- Analyze, develop, and implement payment transformation initiatives.
- Collaborate with Revenue Cycle, Finance, and other departments to ensure initiatives align with best practices, regulatory requirements, and organizational objectives.
- Monitor reimbursement methodologies and remain up to date on industry developments.
- Provide guidance and support to stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of payment transformation initiatives.
- Maintain relationships with external stakeholders, such as insurers and vendors.
- Assess current processes and develop action plans for improvement.
- Create and manage budgets for payment transformation initiatives.
- Monitor performance and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Generate reports and track outcomes of payment transformation initiatives.
