  1. Oversee and manage the daily operations of the patient access department.
  2. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations within the department.
  3. Lead and mentor a team of patient access professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  4. Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and optimize the patient experience.
  5. Monitor department performance metrics and implement strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.
  6. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements related to patient access services.
  7. Act as a liaison between the patient access department and other departments to resolve issues and improve communication.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Healthcare Setting, With At Least 2 Years In A Supervisory Or Management Role.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Patient Access And Registration Processes, Insurance Verification, And Medical Billing.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Various Departments And Stakeholders.

  • Proficient In Microsoft Office And Experience With Electronic Medical Record Systems.
