  1. Develop and implement strategies for donor cultivation and stewardship to secure financial support for the hospital.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with donors, including individuals, corporations, and foundations, to ensure ongoing support.
  3. Collaborate with hospital leadership to identify funding needs and priorities and develop fundraising proposals and materials.
  4. Utilize data and analytics to identify and target potential donors and track progress towards fundraising goals.
  5. Plan and execute fundraising events and campaigns to engage donors and raise awareness about the hospital's mission.
  6. Provide excellent donor stewardship by recognizing and thanking donors, providing regular updates on the impact of their contributions, and maintaining open communication.
  7. Manage a team of donor relations staff, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure their success in securing donations.
  8. Collaborate with other departments within the hospital, such as marketing and communications, to ensure a cohesive and effective fundraising message.
  9. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in donor relations and incorporate them into fundraising strategies.
  10. Represent the hospital at community events and networking opportunities to promote the hospital's mission and fundraising efforts.
  11. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to fundraising and donor relations.
  12. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of donor interactions, donations, and fundraising activities.
  13. Prepare reports and presentations for hospital leadership and board members on fundraising progress and strategies.
  14. Serve as an advocate and ambassador for the hospital, promoting its mission and impact to potential donors and the community.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve fundraising strategies to increase donor engagement and support.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Nonprofit Management, Communications, Or Public Relations.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Donor Relations Or Fundraising, Preferably In The Healthcare Or Nonprofit Sector.

  • Proven Track Record Of Identifying, Cultivating, And Stewarding Donor Relationships, Resulting In Increased Donations And Revenue.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Internal And External Stakeholders.

  • Knowledge Of Fundraising Best Practices And Trends, As Well As Experience With Donor Database Management And Reporting.
