- Verify and maintain inventory of supplies and equipment, and report any shortages or malfunctions to the laboratory manager.
- Follow established protocols and procedures to ensure quality control and maintain accreditation standards.
- Continuously strive for accuracy and precision in all laboratory procedures and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
- Participate in training and educational opportunities to stay updated on new techniques and technologies in the field of laboratory medicine.
- Demonstrate a commitment to the hospital's mission and values in all aspects of work, and contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Biology, Chemistry, Or Medical Technology.
Previous Experience Working In A Laboratory Setting, Preferably In A Hospital Or Healthcare Environment.
Knowledge Of Laboratory Procedures And Techniques, Including Sample Preparation, Analysis, And Data Interpretation.
Strong Attention To Detail And Ability To Accurately Record And Document Results.
Ability To Work Well In A Team Environment And Communicate Effectively With Colleagues And Medical Staff.
