- Oversee the financial success of the laboratory services at Children's Hospital Colorado.
- Develop and implement revenue management strategies to optimize profitability.
- Monitor and analyze revenue data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure accurate and timely billing and coding of laboratory services.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with billing and coding regulations.
- Train and educate staff on revenue management policies and procedures.
- Stay up-to-date on changes in healthcare regulations and reimbursement policies.
- Utilize financial and operational reports to make informed decisions and recommendations.
- Manage relationships with insurance companies and negotiate contracts to maximize revenue.
- Develop and maintain budget for laboratory services.
- Identify and implement cost-saving measures without compromising the quality of care.
- Communicate with physicians and other healthcare providers to ensure accurate and timely documentation.
- Collaborate with IT department to implement and maintain billing and coding systems.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation requirements related to revenue management.
- Serve as a liaison between the laboratory and other departments to ensure effective revenue cycle management.
- Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies in revenue data.
- Lead and support a team of revenue management staff.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Continuously evaluate and improve revenue management processes and procedures.

Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Healthcare Revenue Management, Preferably In A Pediatric Setting.
Strong Understanding Of Insurance Billing And Reimbursement Processes, Including Knowledge Of Government And Commercial Payers.
Demonstrated Experience In Developing And Implementing Revenue Improvement Strategies And Initiatives.
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Data And Make Data-Driven Decisions To Drive Revenue Growth.
