Job Description

The IT Project Manager at Children's Hospital Colorado will be a key member of our IT team, helping to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget. We are seeking an experienced and organized IT professional with excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading projects within our IT department, ensuring that project objectives are met and that the team is working in a productive and efficient manner. The ideal candidate for this position will have a Bachelor’s degree in information technology or a related field, experience in managing IT projects, and experience working in a healthcare setting. A passion for helping to improve the lives of children and families is also essential. Responsibilities:

  1. Lead IT projects from conception to completion, ensuring that project objectives are met and that the team is working efficiently.
  2. Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  3. Establish and maintain effective communication with stakeholders and team members.
  4. Monitor project progress and identify potential risks and issues, developing strategies to resolve them.
  5. Effectively manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
  6. Prepare and present project progress reports to senior management.
  7. Demonstrate a passion for helping to improve the lives of children and families.
