  1. Coordinate and manage the admission process for inpatient services, ensuring all necessary paperwork and documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
  2. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to provide exceptional care and address any concerns or questions.
  3. Maintain patient records and ensure they are up-to-date and accurate.
  4. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
  5. Monitor and track patient progress, report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team, and update care plans accordingly.
  6. Respond to patient and family needs and provide emotional support and guidance as needed.
  7. Facilitate smooth transitions between different departments and services within the hospital.
  8. Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations.
  9. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
  10. Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.
  11. Provide education and resources to patients and families to promote understanding and self-care.
  12. Serve as a liaison between patients, families, and healthcare providers to address any issues or concerns.
  13. Stay updated on current trends and best practices in pediatric healthcare to provide the highest quality of care.
  14. Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to develop and implement effective discharge plans for patients.
  15. Adhere to ethical and professional standards and maintain patient confidentiality.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Healthcare Setting, Preferably In An Inpatient Setting.

  • Knowledge Of Medical Terminology And Insurance Processes.

  • Excellent Customer Service And Communication Skills.

  • Ability To Handle Multiple Tasks And Prioritize Effectively In A Fast-Paced Environment.
