- Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.
- Provide education and resources to patients and families to promote understanding and self-care.
- Serve as a liaison between patients, families, and healthcare providers to address any issues or concerns.
- Stay updated on current trends and best practices in pediatric healthcare to provide the highest quality of care.
- Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to develop and implement effective discharge plans for patients.
- Adhere to ethical and professional standards and maintain patient confidentiality.
Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Healthcare Setting, Preferably In An Inpatient Setting.
Knowledge Of Medical Terminology And Insurance Processes.
Excellent Customer Service And Communication Skills.
