Our Health Navigator will be an integral part of our patient care team, providing support and assistance to our patients and their families. This includes maintaining positive relationships with patients and families, advocating on behalf of them, and providing resources and education. The successful candidate will be able to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and have a strong sense of responsibility and commitment to the work.
