The successful candidate must have an active Registered Nurse license in the state of Colorado and at least two years of experience as a Dialysis Nurse. We desire a candidate with strong clinical and interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with a diverse patient population.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide life-saving care to patients with renal diseases or disorders.
2. Administer dialysis treatments in accordance with established protocols.
3. Educate patients and family members about renal care, diet, and lifestyle changes.
4. Monitor patient vital signs, lab values, and response to dialysis treatments.
5. Document patient care in the Electronic Health Record (EHR).
6. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes.
7. Provide support and counseling to patients and families.
8. Advocate for patient rights and quality of care.
9. Maintain current knowledge of best nursing practices in the field of dialysis.
10. Participate in continuing education and staff development activities.
