Responsibilites:

1. Utilize creative arts interventions in order to meet the needs of various populations.
2. Develop and maintain strengths-based relationships with children and families.
3. Possess excellent communication and collaboration skills.
4. Utilize problem-solving skills in order to identify creative solutions to therapeutic challenges.
5. Develop and implement creative arts activities to address therapeutic goals.
6. Maintain records of therapeutic progress and document client interactions.
7. Provide support and guidance to families in need.
8. Monitor progress of clients and collaborate with other health care professionals as needed.
9. Work collaboratively to ensure a safe and therapeutic environment for clients.
10. Provide crisis intervention and support as needed.
