- Assist in the coordination and execution of clinical research studies within the Pediatric ICU department at Children's Hospital Colorado.
- Prepare and maintain accurate and thorough documentation of research study data and procedures.
- Work closely with physicians and researchers to recruit and enroll eligible participants for clinical research studies.
- Conduct informed consent procedures and ensure study participants are fully informed of their rights and responsibilities.
- Monitor and collect data from study participants, adhering to protocols and procedures to ensure accuracy and integrity of the data.
- Assist with data analysis and interpretation, including the preparation of reports and presentations.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of research protocols and procedures to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with other members of the research team to ensure the smooth operation of clinical research studies.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance knowledge and skills related to pediatric research.
- Act as a liaison between the research team and study participants, providing support and addressing any questions or concerns.
- Ensure confidentiality and privacy of study participants and their data.
- Adhere to ethical standards and guidelines set forth by the hospital and relevant regulatory bodies.

Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Biology, Nursing, Or Healthcare Administration.
Previous Experience Working In A Clinical Research Setting Or Pediatric Intensive Care Unit.
Knowledge Of Research Methodology And Data Collection Methods.
Strong Organizational And Communication Skills.
