
Clinical Pharmacist Critical Care

- Serve as a preceptor for pharmacy students and residents.

Current Pharmacist License In The State Of Colorado
Doctor Of Pharmacy (Pharmd) Degree From An Accredited School Of Pharmacy
Completion Of A Pgy2 Residency Program In Critical Care Pharmacy
Board Certification In Critical Care Pharmacy (Bcccp)
Experience Working In A Pediatric Critical Care Setting, Preferably At A Children's Hospital
