Clinical Nurse Supervisor Pulmonary - Unit

We’re looking for an experienced and compassionate Clinical Nurse Supervisor Pulmonary-Unit to join our team at Children's Hospital Colorado. Responsibilities:

1. Provide clinical guidance and mentorship to the pulmonary care unit team.
2. Utilize advanced clinical skills and knowledge in pediatric pulmonary care.
3. Demonstrate a passion for caring for children and their families.
4. Take a leadership role in shaping the unit’s clinical practices.
5. Monitor and evaluate the quality of care in the unit.
6. Implement and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
7. Monitor and document patient progress in accordance with established standards.
8. Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
9. Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing staff in the unit.
10. Provide education and training to the nursing staff.
11. Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
12. Participate in recruitment and retention activities.
13. Promote positive working relationships between staff and other departments.
