Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and facilitate patient care with pediatric oncology team members
- Organize and maintain patient records according to hospital standards
- Provide administrative support for the pediatric oncology team
- Perform regular check-ins with patients and families to ensure they receive optimal care and services
- Collaborate with other departments and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
- Monitor and review patient charts to ensure accurate documentation
- Assist in developing and implementing policies and procedures
- Educate patients and families on pediatric oncology treatments, side effects, and other relevant information
- Liaise with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best care for the patient
- Manage scheduling, billing, and other administrative tasks
- Participate in research projects and activities to improve pediatric oncology care
- Review and analyze patient data and reports for quality assurance
Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare
Nursing
Or Social Work
At Least Years Of Clinical Experience In Oncology
Current Rn Or Social Work Licensure
Experience In Patient Care Coordination And Case Management
Excellent Interpersonal And Verbal Communication Skills
Knowledge Of Medical Terminology And Coding
