
Clinical Care Coordinator Oncology
Children's Hospital Colorado is seeking a Clinical Care Coordinator Oncology to join our team of dedicated professionals. The Clinical Care Coordinator Oncology will be responsible for providing comprehensive and coordinated care to patients and families in the oncology unit. The ideal candidate for this position is a compassionate, organized, and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about helping others.Successful candidates should possess at least a Bachelor's degree in Nursing, have a current Registered Nurse (RN) license, and have at least two years of experience in oncology nursing. Additionally, the ideal candidate should be well-versed in the principles of patient-centered care and possess excellent communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills. Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive and coordinated care to patients and families in the oncology unit.
- Utilize principles of patient-centered care.
- Possess excellent communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
- Ensure that patients receive necessary medical treatments and medications in a timely manner.
- Monitor patient progress and provide support to patients and families.
- Assist with patient education and provide necessary resources.
- Assist in the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings.
- Maintain accurate records of patient care.
- Participate in continuing education and development activities.
Bachelor's Degree In Nursing
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (Pals) Certification
