Cardiac Sonographer

At Children's Hospital Colorado, we are seeking a dynamic and passionate Cardiac Sonographer to join our Cardiac team. The ideal candidate will be a highly skilled healthcare professional who is dedicated to providing excellent patient care. As a Cardiac Sonographer, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic scans on pediatric patients using ultrasound equipment.The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications: a minimum of 2 years' experience in cardiac ultrasound; certification by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) in either Adult or Pediatric Echocardiography; and experience operating a variety of ultrasound equipment. Responsibilities: -Perform diagnostic scans on pediatric patients using ultrasound equipment -Maintain a high level of patient care -Maintain certification by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) in either Adult or Pediatric Echocardiography -Operate a variety of ultrasound equipment -Provide accurate results of scans to the Cardiac team -Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals -Provide patient education and support -Ensure that all safety protocols are followed -Maintain a safe and clean work environment
