- Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments for pediatric patients and their families.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
- Provide evidence-based interventions and therapies to patients and families, including but not limited to individual therapy, family therapy, and group therapy.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and integrated care for patients.
- Monitor and track patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Educate and support patients and families in managing mental health and behavioral concerns.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient sessions, progress, and treatment plans.
- Stay up-to-date on current research and best practices in pediatric behavioral health.
- Act as a resource and advocate for patients and families, providing them with information and support.
- Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and trainings to ensure quality and continuity of care.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical and professional standards.
- Collaborate with community resources and refer patients to appropriate services when needed.
- Serve as a positive role model and mentor for patients and families.
- Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
- Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and regulations.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Working With Children And Adolescents In A Behavioral Health Setting.
Master's Degree In Social Work, Psychology, Or Counseling With A Focus On Behavior Health.
Knowledge And Understanding Of Evidence-Based Treatment Modalities For Various Behavioral Health Disorders, Such As Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy And Dialectical Behavior Therapy.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Work With Multidisciplinary Teams, Patients, And Their Families.
Ability To Obtain And Maintain All Necessary Certifications And Licensure, Including State Licensure And Clinical Supervision Hours.
