- Provide compassionate and high-quality care to children and adolescents with mental health and behavioral disorders.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide integrated care for patients.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.

- Collaborate with community resources to ensure continuity of care for patients.
- Attend and actively participate in team meetings and trainings to enhance professional development.
- Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures, as well as ethical and legal standards.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with patients, families, and colleagues.

- Continuously stay informed and educated on the latest developments and advancements in the field of child mental health.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Working With Children And Adolescents In A Behavioral Health Setting.
Master's Degree In Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Or A Related Field.
Knowledge And Understanding Of Evidence-Based Therapies And Treatment Modalities For A Variety Of Mental Health Disorders.
Strong Assessment And Diagnostic Skills, Including The Ability To Create And Implement Individualized Treatment Plans.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Work Effectively With A Multidisciplinary Team.
