
Behavioral Health Clinician- Emergency Department
We are looking for an experienced and compassionate Behavioral Health Clinician to join the Emergency Department at Children's Hospital Colorado. The ideal candidate will have excellent patient care and communication skills, as well as a passion for working with children and families. The Behavioral Health Clinician will provide a broad range of psycho-social services to patients and their families to ensure that the highest quality of care is provided. The successful candidate will be required to hold a Master Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field. In addition, they must have experience in the health care system, be currently licensed to practice in the state of Colorado, and have at least two years of post-licensure experience in a hospital setting. An understanding of the principles of family systems, group dynamics, and child and adolescent development is essential. Candidates must also be comfortable using electronic medical records and demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills. Responsibilities:
- Provide psycho-social services to patients and their families.
- Utilize the principles of family systems, group dynamics, and child and adolescent development to inform clinical practice.

- Maintain excellent written and oral communication skills with patients, families, and other medical professionals.
- Maintain and adhere to all relevant regulations and laws for the practice of behavioral health.
- Provide support and guidance to patients and families to ensure the highest quality of care.
- Participate in any related continuing education and professional development activities.

Licensed Psychologist
Master's Degree In Psychology Or Counseling
