- Provide comprehensive behavioral health services to pediatric patients and their families.
- Conduct initial assessments and develop treatment plans based on individual needs.
- Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to support patients’ emotional and behavioral well-being.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and holistic care for patients.
- Communicate and collaborate with families and caregivers to involve them in the treatment process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation in accordance with hospital policies and procedures.
- Monitor and track patient progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
- Provide crisis intervention and support to patients and families in acute situations.
- Stay up-to-date on current research and best practices in the field of mental health.
- Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and trainings to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
- Adhere to ethical and professional standards in all interactions with patients, families, and colleagues.
- Serve as an advocate for patients and families, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed.
- Collaborate with community resources and referral sources to provide continuity of care for patients.

Master's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Psychology, Counseling, Or Social Work.
Minimum Of Two Years Of Clinical Experience In A Pediatric Or Mental Health Setting.
Valid State License Or Certification As A Mental Health Professional.
Experience And Proficiency In Evidence-Based Treatment Modalities For Children And Adolescents, Such As Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Or Family Therapy.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Multidisciplinary Teams, Patients, And Families.
