- Conduct behavioral health analysis and assessments for patients to identify areas of concern and develop appropriate treatment plans.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive and integrated care for patients.
- Utilize evidence-based behavioral health interventions and techniques to support patients in achieving their treatment goals.
- Monitor and evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Provide education and support to families and caregivers to promote understanding and implementation of behavioral health strategies.
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes.
- Remain up-to-date on the latest research and developments in the field of behavioral health to continually improve patient care.
- Participate in case conferences and team meetings to discuss patient progress and collaborate on treatment approaches.
- Serve as a resource and consultant for other healthcare professionals on behavioral health issues.
- Uphold ethical and professional standards in all interactions with patients, families, and colleagues.
- Demonstrate compassion, empathy, and sensitivity in working with children and families.
- Act as an advocate for patients and their families to ensure their needs are met and their voices are heard.
- Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures related to patient care, confidentiality, and safety.
- Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures for delivering behavioral health services at the hospital.
- Represent the hospital in a positive manner and maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
Master's Degree In Behavioral Health, Psychology, Or Related Field.
At Least 3 Years Of Experience Working In A Pediatric Behavioral Health Setting.
Knowledge Of Evidence-Based Treatment Approaches For Children And Adolescents.
Experience Conducting Assessments And Developing Treatment Plans For Children With Behavioral Health Concerns.
Strong Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With A Multidisciplinary Team.
