
Behavioral Health Analyst

- Conduct data analysis and interpretation to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement in behavioral health services for children and families.
- Collaborate with clinical teams to develop and implement strategies for improving the mental health and well-being of patients.
- Utilize knowledge of behavioral health principles and best practices to inform decision-making and drive positive change.
- Develop and maintain data tracking systems and reports to monitor the effectiveness of behavioral health interventions and programs.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to key stakeholders, including leadership, clinical staff, and community partners.
- Stay current on industry trends and research related to behavioral health and use this knowledge to inform data analysis and recommendations.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on behavioral health data and provide support and guidance to other team members as needed.
- Collaborate with external partners and agencies to collect and analyze data and measure the impact of collaborative efforts on the community.
- Participate in quality improvement projects and initiatives to enhance the overall effectiveness of behavioral health services.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards when handling sensitive data and information.
Master's Degree In Psychology, Social Work, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In Behavioral Health Analysis And Treatment Planning.
Knowledge And Understanding Of Evidence-Based Practices In Behavioral Health.
Experience Working With Children And Adolescents In A Healthcare Setting.
Ability To Collect And Analyze Data To Inform Treatment Plans And Make Evidence-Based Recommendations.
