- Provide individual and family therapy services to children and adolescents with mental health challenges.

- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

- Stay up-to-date on current research and best practices in the field of behavioral health.

- Advocate for the needs of children and families with mental health challenges.
- Participate in team meetings and case conferences to discuss treatment plans and client progress.
- Provide crisis intervention and support as needed.
- Maintain a positive and supportive attitude towards clients and their families.
- Represent the hospital and its values in a professional and compassionate manner.
Master's Degree In Counseling, Psychology, Or Social Work From An Accredited University.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Clinical Setting, Preferably With Children And Adolescents.
Licensure Or Certification In The State Of Colorado As A Mental Health Counselor, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Or Licensed Psychologist.
Knowledge And Understanding Of Evidence-Based Therapeutic Techniques For Treating Mental Health Disorders In Children And Adolescents.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With A Multidisciplinary Team And Work Effectively With Families And Children Of Diverse Backgrounds.
