Children's Hospital Colorado is seeking a dedicated, driven, and highly skilled Associate Clinical Nurse Manager - Vascular Access and Radiology to join our team of exceptional healthcare professionals. In this vital role, the successful candidate will be responsible for the operational and clinical leadership of the Vascular Access and Radiology departments.The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in nursing from an accredited college or university, at least five years of experience in a clinical setting, and at least two years of nursing leadership experience. Additionally, the successful candidate will have demonstrated excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong critical thinking skills, and the ability to make and implement decisions in a timely manner.We are looking for an individual who is passionate about providing the highest quality of care to our patients, and who thrives in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment. Responsibilities for Associate Clinical Nurse Manager - Vascular Access and Radiology: -Provide operational and clinical leadership for the Vascular Access and Radiology departments -Ensure highest quality of care is provided to patients -Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure patient safety and satisfaction -Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations -Maintain accurate patient records and ensure timely and accurate billing processes -Monitor staff performance and provide feedback and guidance -Maintain a safe and secure environment for patients and staff -Evaluate patient outcomes and develop initiatives to improve patient care -Provide guidance and support to staff members -Assist in budget preparation and monitoring of financial resources

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Nursing

  • Current Colorado Rn License

  • Advanced Certification In Vascular Access And / Or Radiology

  • A Minimum Of Years Of Medical-Surgical And / Or Critical Care Experience

  • A Minimum Of Years Of Progressive Leadership Experience

  • Knowledge Of Evidence-Based Practice And Quality Improvement Initiatives

  • Knowledge Of Fiscal And Human Resource Management
