Responsibilities for Associate Clinical Nurse Manager - Vascular Access and Radiology: -Provide operational and clinical leadership for the Vascular Access and Radiology departments -Ensure highest quality of care is provided to patients -Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure patient safety and satisfaction -Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations -Maintain accurate patient records and ensure timely and accurate billing processes -Monitor staff performance and provide feedback and guidance -Maintain a safe and secure environment for patients and staff -Evaluate patient outcomes and develop initiatives to improve patient care -Provide guidance and support to staff members -Assist in budget preparation and monitoring of financial resources
