Digital Art Director

Our digital art director is a creative leader on the team and has accountability for the final creative product for digital commerce design across all digital marketing channels. They collaborate with DCOM marketing team, site merchandising and brand counterparts to achieve business and customer strategy objectives. They partner with Creative Lead, UX (and Front-End Engineers) and CRM to develop, maintain and expand digital style guides and explore user testing opportunities. They develop and present concepts to support digital marketing and omni-brand initiatives. They understand and work within brand guidelines and apply user-centered design principles to the creative decision-making process. They elevate the design aesthetic of digital deliverables while ensuring brand integrity and maintaining cohesive, consistent customer experiences. They may conceptualize, lead and execute photography and video for digital–pre- and post-production.
