• Analyzes production data related problems and works with operations analyst and field personnel to troubleshoot and diagnose issues seen.
• Demonstrates a high level of communication skills to various groups within and outside the organization.
• Receives and makes phone calls to field personnel, vendors, and other groups.
• May provide guidance to field personnel as required on industry best practices, standards and efficiency efforts.
• Generates high quality reports and presentations for field staff, departmental and upper management use.
• Identifies and shares production and liquid logistics best practices by performing trend analysis.
