
Technical Support Engineer
As a Technical Support Engineer at Change Healthcare, you will join a team of highly skilled engineers in providing technical support to Change Healthcare customers. Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot software and hardware issues for Change Healthcare customers.
- Provide technical support and advice to customers.

- Maintain customer satisfaction and drive customer success.
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries.
- Document customer interactions, system changes, and support activities.
- Identify and escalate customer issues as necessary.
- Stay up-to-date on new technologies and products.
