Job Description

As a Technical Support Engineer at Change Healthcare, you will join a team of highly skilled engineers in providing technical support to Change Healthcare customers. You will be an integral part of driving customer success by resolving technical issues for our customers and providing insights into our products and services.We are looking for someone who is passionate about technology and customer service. The ideal candidate should have experience in software and hardware troubleshooting, customer service, and technical support. Responsibilities:

  1. Troubleshoot software and hardware issues for Change Healthcare customers.
  2. Provide technical support and advice to customers.
  3. Develop and maintain skills in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  4. Communicate effectively with customers and the Change Healthcare team.
  5. Maintain customer satisfaction and drive customer success.
  6. Monitor and respond to customer inquiries.
  7. Document customer interactions, system changes, and support activities.
  8. Identify and escalate customer issues as necessary.
  9. Stay up-to-date on new technologies and products.
