
Compensation & Benefits Manager
We are currently seeking an experienced, organized, and detail-oriented Compensation & Benefits Manager to join our team at Change Healthcare. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing the organization’s compensation and benefits programs, ensuring that they are in compliance with applicable laws. You will also be responsible for creating and maintaining comprehensive records and reports, as well as providing guidance to Human Resources and other staff members.The ideal candidate for this position will have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, as well as 3-5 years of experience in a leadership role in compensation and benefits. You must also possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage the organization’s compensation and benefits programs in compliance with applicable laws.
- Create and maintain comprehensive records and reports related to compensation and benefits.
- Provide guidance and advice to Human Resources and other staff members on compensation and benefits.
- Monitor and evaluate existing programs to ensure they remain competitive and cost-effective.
- Analyze and interpret data to identify trends and develop strategies to improve the effectiveness of compensation and benefit programs.
- Develop and recommend policies, procedures, and practices for compensation and benefit programs.
- Liaise with external stakeholders to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Monitor changes in the industry to ensure the organization remains up to date with best practices.
- Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees.
- Respond to inquiries from employees and other stakeholders regarding compensation and benefits.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources
Business Administration
Or Related Field

Working Knowledge Of Us And International Employment Laws
Proficient In Microsoft Office Suite
