
Workforce Management Command Center Real-Time Analyst
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Workforce Management Command Center Real-Time Analyst to join our team at CenturyLink. The ideal candidate will have the ability to manage and analyze call center data in real-time, as well as provide support to the workforce management team. The Workforce Management Command Center Real-Time Analyst will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing call center data to ensure service level objectives are met and maintained. This individual will also be responsible for making recommendations to managers regarding staffing levels, as well as providing feedback on call center performance.Required Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. • 5+ years of experience in a call center environment, including experience in workforce management and real-time analysis. • Knowledge of call center forecasting, scheduling, and reporting systems. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Access. • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.• Proven ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. • Ability to multitask and prioritize workloads.
