Job Description

Are you an experienced Supervisor of Field Operations looking to join a nationwide leading telecommunications provider? CenturyLink is looking for a driven and organized individual to join our team and oversee our field operations. As a Supervisor of Field Operations, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of field operations representatives, ensuring the successful delivery of various customer services. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for detail, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. If you have a minimum of five years of experience in a field operations role, are a self-starter, and have a passion for providing a positive customer experience, this may be the position for you.
