Job Description

We're looking for a top-tier Sr Support Desk Associate to join our CenturyLink team, who can provide exemplary customer service and technical assistance to our customers. As an integral part of our team, you'll need to be an excellent communicator and problem-solver, with the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure. Our ideal candidate should be passionate about technology, have a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn and grow with our company.To be successful in this position, you'll need to have a minimum of 3 years' experience in customer service and technical support, preferably in a help desk or call center environment. You should also have a working knowledge of PC hardware and software, as well as a thorough understanding of networking and customer service principles. You should be comfortable with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, as well as providing instruction to customers on how to use our products and services. Additionally, strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this position, as you'll be interacting with customers on a daily basis. Finally, you should be able to think on your feet and adapt quickly to changing situations.
