CenturyLink is seeking an experienced, organized, and detail-oriented Operations Service Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading day-to-day operations, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring efficient delivery of services to our customers. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of experience in a service management role, including experience in customer service and operations. We are looking for someone with a passion for problem solving, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to take initiative and work independently.
