Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced One Call Specialist to join the team at CenturyLink! As a key member of the team, the One Call Specialist will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries and requests quickly and accurately. This position requires a highly motivated individual with excellent problem-solving and customer service skills. The ideal candidate for this position should possess the following qualifications: • At least two years of experience in customer service• Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple customer requests• Positive, customer service-oriented attitude• Strong verbal and written communication skills• Working knowledge of CRM software and related applicationsAt CenturyLink, we strive to provide exceptional customer service and we're looking for a One Call Specialist who shares this same commitment.
