Our team needs someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and who can quickly assess and triage incidents and events.This is a great opportunity for a creative, organized, and reliable individual who is looking to join a dynamic and growing team. The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator and have a passion for providing outstanding customer service.Required Qualifications:* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field* 3+ years of experience in Incident/Event Management* Expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM) tools and processes* Strong interpersonal and communication skills* Ability to analyze and solve complex problems* Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team* Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
