The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a strong customer service background. You should be dedicated to providing our customers with a positive experience and be committed to building long-term relationships with them. You should be able to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.As a Customer Success Advocate, you will be responsible for providing our customers with the highest quality of service and for resolving customer inquiries in an efficient and professional manner. You will be the voice of CenturyLink and a source of support for our customers. We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing our customers with an exceptional experience and helping them find solutions to their needs.
