Job Description

Cedars-Sinai Medical Center is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Telecomm Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and managing a variety of operations and maintenance activities. Our ideal candidate must have strong customer service and communication skills, excellent telephone and computer skills, and a customer-focused attitude. A successful Telecomm Operator must also be detail-oriented and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: • Provide excellent customer service and assistance to patients, visitors, and staff • Manage operations and maintenance activities of the telecommunication system • Maintain reliable telephone and computer communication systems • Address customer inquiries and complaints with empathy and professionalism • Monitor the operation of the telecommunication system and respond to issues as needed • Assist in troubleshooting phone and computer system issues • Ensure that all customer requests and inquiries are handled in a timely manner • Update and maintain customer records • Follow established procedures when making changes to the telecommunication system • Assist in training new operators on the system and its operations • Provide feedback and suggestions for improving the telecommunication system and customer service
