Responsibilities: • Provide excellent customer service and assistance to patients, visitors, and staff • Manage operations and maintenance activities of the telecommunication system • Maintain reliable telephone and computer communication systems • Address customer inquiries and complaints with empathy and professionalism • Monitor the operation of the telecommunication system and respond to issues as needed • Assist in troubleshooting phone and computer system issues • Ensure that all customer requests and inquiries are handled in a timely manner • Update and maintain customer records • Follow established procedures when making changes to the telecommunication system • Assist in training new operators on the system and its operations • Provide feedback and suggestions for improving the telecommunication system and customer service
