- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the advancement of surgical practices within the medical center.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals.
- Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures, including infection control, HIPAA, and patient rights.
- Participate in continuing education and professional development activities to maintain and enhance skills and knowledge.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to other members of the surgical team, including residents and medical students.

Graduate Degree From An Accredited Physician Assistant Program
Current Certification From The National Commission On Certification Of Physician Assistants (Nccpa)
Minimum Of 2 Years Experience Working As A Surgical Physician Assistant
Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (Acls) And Basic Life Support (Bls) Certifications
Knowledge And Experience With Surgical Procedures, Instruments, And Equipment Commonly Used In A Hospital Setting
