- Ensure a welcoming and professional atmosphere for patients, visitors, and staff at all times.
- Oversee the daily operations of the steward/stewardess team and ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization throughout the medical center, including patient rooms, waiting areas, and common spaces.
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure all areas are consistently maintained.
- Train and supervise steward/stewardess team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies to ensure adequate stock levels.
- Respond to and address any issues or concerns related to cleanliness and organization promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and communication.
- Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols to maintain a safe and healthy environment for patients and staff.
- Stay updated on industry standards and best practices to continuously improve the quality of services provided.
- Communicate effectively with patients, staff, and management to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records and reports related to steward/stewardess operations and performance.
- Participate in regular team meetings and provide input and suggestions for process improvements.
- Handle any other duties or responsibilities as assigned by the management team.
A Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Leadership Role As A Steward/Stewardess Captain In A Healthcare Or Hospitality Setting.
Knowledge Of Safety And Sanitation Regulations, As Well As Experience In Maintaining A Clean And Organized Environment.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Train A Team.
Familiarity With Inventory Management And Ordering Processes To Ensure Proper Stock Levels Of Supplies And Equipment.
Ability To Handle Multiple Tasks And Prioritize Responsibilities In A Fast-Paced Environment, While Maintaining A High Level Of Attention To Detail And Customer Service.
