
Senior Performance Improvement Consultant

We are looking for a talented and experienced individual to join our team as Senior Performance Improvement Consultant.The Senior Performance Improvement Consultant will be an integral part of our performance improvement team, responsible for developing and leading performance improvement initiatives. This position requires a high level of technical and communication skills and the ability to collaborate with leaders and staff across the organization. The successful candidate will have experience in performance improvement methodologies, such as Lean/Six Sigma and will be able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Health Administration, or a related field, plus at least five years of experience in a healthcare setting with a focus on performance improvement.
