Job Description

Cedars-Sinai Medical Center is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HRIS Analyst to join our team remotely. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing our Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) to support the needs of our organization.   1. Manage and enhance the organization's HRIS to support the needs of the organization and its employees.
  2. Work collaboratively with HR team members to identify and implement system improvements and enhancements.
  3. Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the HRIS system.
  4. Stay current on HR technology trends and best practices and make recommendations for system updates and changes.
  5. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for HRIS related issues.
  6. Train and educate HR staff on HRIS functionality and processes.
  7. Develop and maintain HRIS policies, procedures, and documentation.
  8. Collaborate with other departments to integrate HRIS with other systems and processes.
  9. Monitor and maintain HRIS security and compliance with data privacy regulations.
  10. Generate reports and analytics from the HRIS to support decision making and improve HR processes.
  11. Stay informed on changes in HR regulations and ensure HRIS compliance.
  12. Lead HRIS projects, including system updates, implementations, and integrations.
  13. Act as the liaison between HR and IT departments for HRIS related initiatives.
  14. Assure the HRIS meets the needs of all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, benefits, performance management, and employee relations.
  15. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee data with discretion and professionalism.
  16. Mentor and provide guidance to junior HRIS team members.
  17. Continuously evaluate and improve HRIS processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  18. Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization about HRIS updates, changes, and issues.
  19. Adhere to all company policies and procedures and maintain a professional attitude and demeanor at all times.
  20. Demonstrate a commitment to Cedars-Sinai's mission and values, including providing the highest quality of care to patients and employees.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Hris Administration And Support, With A Focus On Remote Work Environments.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Information Technology, Or Related Field.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Hris Systems, Preferably With Experience In Implementation And Maintenance.
