
RN Quality Improvement Coordinator - Quality Management

- Collaborate with a diverse group of healthcare professionals to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
- Monitor and analyze data related to quality improvement to identify trends and areas for further improvement.
- Communicate and educate staff on quality improvement initiatives and provide support and guidance as needed.
- Work closely with nursing staff to ensure compliance with quality improvement standards and protocols.
- Participate in multidisciplinary quality improvement committees and meetings to share updates and progress on initiatives.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of quality improvement strategies.

- Serve as a resource and mentor for staff and provide training on quality improvement processes and tools.

Valid Rn License: The First And Most Important Qualification For A Rn Quality Improvement Coordinator β Quality Management Position At Cedars-Sinai Medical Center Is A Valid Registered Nurse (Rn) License. This Ensures That The Candidate Has Completed The Necessary Education And Training To Provide High-Quality Patient Care.
Quality Improvement Experience: Candidates Should Have At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience Working In Quality Improvement, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting. This Experience Should Include Developing, Implementing, And Evaluating Quality Improvement Initiatives.
Knowledge Of Accreditation And Regulatory Requirements: The Rn Quality Improvement Coordinator Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Accreditation And Regulatory Requirements, Including The Joint Commission, Cms, And State-Specific Regulations.
