RN Case Manager

Cedars-Sinai Medical Center is currently seeking an experienced, compassionate, and detail-oriented Registered Nurse (RN) Case Manager to join our growing team. As a case manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing care for our patients throughout the continuum of care. In this role, you will utilize your expertise to ensure that our patients receive the highest quality of care.To be successful in this role, you must have a current RN license in California, as well as a minimum of 2-3 years of clinical experience in an acute care setting. You must also possess strong organizational and communication skills, be able to work collaboratively with members of the interdisciplinary health care team, and have a deep commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care.
