  1. Manage and optimize the revenue cycle process to ensure accurate and timely reimbursement for services rendered.
  2. Review and analyze billing and coding data to identify potential issues and implement solutions to improve revenue cycle performance.
  3. Collaborate with various departments and healthcare providers to ensure accurate and complete documentation of services provided.
  4. Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and changes to insurance policies to ensure compliance with billing and reimbursement guidelines.
  5. Utilize electronic health records and billing systems to accurately enter and track patient data and billing information.
  6. Conduct regular audits to identify and resolve any coding or billing errors.
  7. Communicate with insurance companies and patients to resolve billing discrepancies and secure timely payments.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with insurance companies to negotiate payment terms and resolve any billing disputes.
  9. Train and educate staff on proper billing and coding procedures to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  10. Provide support and guidance to junior revenue cycle specialists to ensure team success.
  11. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness of revenue cycle operations.
  12. Adhere to all patient privacy and confidentiality guidelines.
  13. Collaborate with finance and accounting departments to provide accurate revenue reports and analysis.
  14. Assist with special projects and initiatives related to revenue cycle management.
  15. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service in all interactions with patients, insurance companies, and colleagues.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Experience In Revenue Cycle Management, Preferably Within A Healthcare Setting.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Medical Billing And Coding, Including Cpt, Hcpcs, And Icd-10 Codes.

  • Proficiency In Using Electronic Health Record (Ehr) Systems, Such As Epic, To Manage Patient Accounts And Track Revenue.

  • Strong Understanding Of Insurance Billing And Reimbursement Processes, Including Medicare, Medicaid, And Commercial Insurance.

  • Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Interact With Patients, Insurance Companies, And Internal Departments To Resolve Billing Issues And Ensure Timely Payment.
