
Research Program Administrator - Guerin Children's - Rowitch Lab - Full-Time, On-Site

- Develop and maintain research programs focused on pediatric medicine and neuroscience, in collaboration with the Guerin Children's-Rowitch Lab.
- Provide strategic direction and oversight for the research programs, ensuring alignment with the goals and objectives of Cedars-Sinai Medical Center.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the research programs, including budget planning, resource allocation, and project timelines.
- Collaborate with a team of talented researchers and clinicians to drive the success of the research programs.
- Review and analyze research data, identifying key trends and insights to inform program development and decision making.
- Act as a liaison between the research programs and external stakeholders, including funding agencies, industry partners, and community organizations.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and ethical standards for research, including IRB protocols and grant reporting.
- Lead and manage a team of research staff, providing mentorship, training, and performance evaluations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, promoting collaboration and partnership.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in pediatric medicine and neuroscience, and identify opportunities for future research programs.
- Represent the research programs and Cedars-Sinai Medical Center at conferences, workshops, and other events, showcasing our innovative research and achievements.
- Act as an advocate for the research programs, promoting their impact and significance within the medical community and broader society.
- Adhere to all Cedars-Sinai Medical Center policies and procedures, maintaining a high level of professionalism and ethical standards at all times.
- Collaborate with the Research Program Director and other senior leaders to develop and implement strategic plans for the growth and development of the research programs.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the research programs, encouraging new ideas and approaches to advance our research efforts.
Minimum Of A Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field, Such As Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Or Biomedical Sciences.
At Least 3 Years Of Experience In Research Administration, Preferably In A Medical Or Academic Setting.
Strong Knowledge Of Grant And Contract Management, Including Budgeting, Compliance, And Reporting.
Excellent Organizational And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Work Independently And Collaborate With Diverse Teams.
Familiarity With Federal And State Regulations Related To Research And Human Subjects Protection.
