A Minimum Of A Master's Degree In Optical Engineering, Physics, Or A Related Field.
At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In The Design And Development Of Optical Imaging Systems, Preferably In A Medical Or Healthcare Setting.
Proficiency In Optical Design Software Such As Zemax Or Code V, As Well As Experience With Imaging Software Such As Matlab Or Imagej.
Strong Knowledge Of Optical Principles, Including Geometric Optics, Diffraction Theory, And Light-Tissue Interaction.
Experience With Conducting Research And Publishing Findings In Peer-Reviewed Journals, As Well As Presenting At Conferences.
