  1. Coordinate and oversee all aspects of clinical research studies, including recruitment, enrollment, data collection, and follow-up, to ensure timely and accurate completion.
  2. Collaborate with physicians, researchers, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement research protocols and procedures.
  3. Monitor and maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and ethical standards for conducting research.
  4. Serve as a liaison between study participants, healthcare providers, and research team to ensure clear communication and understanding of study procedures and expectations.
  5. Maintain accurate and detailed records of study data, including participant information, study progress, and any adverse events.
  6. Conduct and document informed consent discussions with study participants.
  7. Coordinate and participate in study-related meetings and trainings to ensure understanding and adherence to study protocols.
  8. Assist with the preparation and submission of institutional review board (IRB) applications and other regulatory documents.
  9. Participate in the analysis and interpretation of study data and contribute to the preparation of study reports and publications.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve research processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and quality.
  11. Mentor and train junior research staff to ensure adherence to study protocols and regulatory requirements.
  12. Represent the institution at conferences and meetings related to research endeavors.
  13. Adhere to all institutional policies and procedures related to patient privacy and confidentiality.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Nursing Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience As A Research Nurse Coordinator

  • Certification In Clinical Research (E.g. Acrp, Socra)

  • Strong Knowledge Of Good Clinical Practice (Gcp) Guidelines And Federal Regulations

  • Experience With Coordinating And Managing Multiple Clinical Trials Simultaneously
