  1. Conduct research activities: Conduct laboratory experiments, collect and analyze data, and maintain accurate records in accordance with established protocols and procedures.
  2. Collaborate with team members: Work collaboratively with physicians, scientists, and other research associates to plan and execute research projects.
  3. Stay up-to-date with literature: Stay informed about current research and scientific developments in the relevant field to contribute to the design and interpretation of experiments.
  4. Perform laboratory techniques: Perform a variety of laboratory techniques such as tissue culture, PCR, microscopy, and protein analysis in order to support research projects.
  5. Troubleshoot and problem-solve: Identify and troubleshoot technical issues that arise during experiments and work with team members to find solutions.
  6. Maintain equipment and supplies: Ensure that laboratory equipment and supplies are properly maintained and stocked.
  7. Communicate research findings: Present research findings at team meetings, conferences, and through written reports.
  8. Follow safety protocols: Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe and compliant laboratory environment.
  9. Participate in training and development: Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in relevant research techniques and technologies.
  10. Contribute to project planning: Contribute to the planning and design of research projects and assist in writing grant proposals.
  11. Uphold ethical standards: Conduct all research activities in accordance with ethical standards and regulations.
  12. Foster a collaborative and inclusive environment: Promote a positive and inclusive work environment by treating team members with respect, professionalism, and open communication.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Biology, Chemistry, Or Health Sciences.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Conducting Laboratory Research, Preferably In A Medical Setting.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Research Methods And Techniques, Including Data Analysis And Interpretation.

  • Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, To Effectively Collaborate With Team Members And Present Findings.

  • Familiarity With Laboratory Equipment And Procedures, Including Safety Protocols And Record-Keeping.
